1. These rates are effictive from 1st July, 2012 and subject to revision without notice.
2. Precaution will be taken to ensure that competive advertisement are not published on the same page but no guarantee can be given to that effect nor no claim will be entertained for discounting or make goods in case competitive ads appear on the same or facing page
3. The publication will not be responsible for improper printing due to supply of defective material.
4. Materials will be printed as supplied by the agency / client without any correction at our end.
5. It will be our priority to print all edition advertisements on the same day. However no guarantee can be given for the same. But within two days of the original date, advertisement in all edition will be published.
6. Column widths are fixed and material should be prepared accordingly.
7. Width of all advertisements will be measured as per our standard column width.
8. Rellease Order should mention height, number of column and width. Example: If advertisement is 25X4 the RO should mention 25X4, width 16.3 CM.
9. Column width will be considered to one decimal place for billing purpose.
10. All advertisements in Dainik Jugasankha having height of 50 cm or more will be treated as full height advertisements.
11. Height of the advertisements will be taken as whole number for billing purpose. A fraction of a cm measuring 0.5 CM or more will be treated as 1.0 CM.
12. Minimum size of an advertisement is 3.0 CM (H) X 3.8CM (W).
13. The advertisers shall have full responsibility for the contents of the advertisement and shall idemnify the publisher against any loss or damage suffered due to the publication of the advertisement.
